The service
CookBookr provides tools to import, organize, design, preview, export, and publish cookbooks and public recipe sites. Features may change as we improve the product.
Some features, including paid plans and billing, may not be available yet. We will announce material changes before charging you.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
Your content
You retain ownership of recipes, images, and other content you upload or create in CookBookr.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content only to operate the service for you, including your public site when you publish.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and publish the content you add.
Acceptable use
Do not use CookBookr for unlawful activity, malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Do not scrape or abuse the service in ways that harm performance or other users.
Nutrition and optional blurbs
Nutrition values are estimated from your ingredients using stored food data and calculation rules. They are not medical advice. Verify before publishing.
Optional AI blurbs and images are generated when you request them. Review and edit before saving or exporting.
Paid plans
When billing launches, paid subscriptions will renew according to the plan you select unless canceled.
Refunds, if any, will be described at checkout or in plan-specific terms presented before purchase.
Disclaimer
CookBookr is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CookBookr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Termination
You may stop using CookBookr at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
